Roger's Artichoke Dip

1 Can Artichoke Heart packed in water (Drained)
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Cup  Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese (for topping)
1 Small can Chopped Jalapeņo Chilies
 
Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F.

Mix all together until WELL blended.  Place in oven proof dish. Sprinle top with 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese.

Bake for 25 minutes.  Turn Broiler on high for 3 minutes.  Remove from oven and let cool to warm.  Serve with triscuits or crackers.
