SPICED PECANS

1 Egg White

2 Cups Pecan Halves (or other nuts)

¼ Cup Sugar

1 Tablespoon Cinnamon

 
Preheat oven to 300.

Hand whip the egg white until foaming (about 1 ½ minutes). Add Pecans and stir until coated with egg white 

Mix Sugar and cinnamon together with a hand whisk. Pour over nuts and mix until very well coated. 

Spread nuts on un-greased baking sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes.

Spread out on wax paper until cool.
