Triple Chocolate Kahlua Fudge Cake

IngredientsInstructions

1 pkg. Chocolate Cake Mix or Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix (be sure they have pudding in the mix)

1 pkg. (3 ¾ or 4 oz) Instant Pudding (Chocolate or Vanilla)

4 Eggs

2 Cups Sour Cream (16 oz)

¾ Cup Oil

1/3 Cup Kahlua

1 (6 oz) pkg. Chocolate Chips (not semi-sweet)

½ Cup Chopped Nuts (pecans, macadamia nut (not salt))

 
Preheat oven to 350.

Mix cake mix, pudding, eggs, sour cream, oil, Kahlua & nuts well.

Stir in chocolate chips by hand.

Pour into well greased (pam) Bundt pan and bake for 1 hour at 350°> (be sure oven is 350°)

 Remove from oven and let set in pan for 5 minutes.  Turn out on cake plate and dust with powdered sugar. (You can also melt a milk chocolate bar and spoon it over the top of the cake)

 Let cool completely before cutting as the cake is very moist and the outside needs to set.
